7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Usage of the vehicle is restricted to lawful purposes only. Engaging in activities such as racing, rallying, or off-roading is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Adhere to passenger and weight limits, and driving outside designated geographical areas requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Greenock will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental in the last 12 months. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
