3. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be made via our website, over the phone, or directly at our Greenock office. A deposit might be necessary to confirm your booking. The total payment and a security deposit are generally required upon collecting the vehicle. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT as applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment systems.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For specific details, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or failure to show up may incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, off-roading, or other risky maneuvers. Transporting dangerous goods is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes and within the specified passenger and weight limits. Any travel outside designated geographical areas requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
